Our Mission

Our non-profit tax-exempt foundation was formed as an extension of our services to our patients, to their loved ones and to members of our community.

The mission of The Crossing Hospice Foundation is to provide financial and emotional support to those recovering from a loss of someone close to them.

100% of the contributions to The Crossing Hospice Foundation allows us to:

• Offer a summer camp for children grieving the loss of a loved one
• Establish financial assistance to those families who are dealing with end of life illnesses
• Provide grief support to those in our community who are dealing with the loss of a loved one
• Provide community education regarding end of life care and the benefits of Hospice

The Crossing Hospice Foundation would not be possible without the support of those in our community.
